Physically Winding Down:
A great way to wind down is to do some good old fashion yoga. There are plenty of great channels on Youtube (including MadFit which is a personal favorite) that have great beginner-friendly yoga videos. I've listed below some great youtube channels to get some yoga or some physical fitness in!

Winding Down with some DIYs:
If you're a crafty person like I am, doing some DIY projects can definitely help with the stress. I've listed below some great projects that will definitely be a great distraction to the stressfulness of life.
I hope everyone has a great finals season and make sure to take care of yourself first before you drive yourself nuts studying! Special thanks you Xanthica Carmona for the lovely ideas presented on today's blog. Have a great December!
