De-Stress with AED

Hey guys! I know it's been a while, but I know finals are here, so here are some wonderful tips by our officer intern Xanthica Carmona to help de-stress and wind down for the holidays.

Winding down with a good movie:

A great way to wind down is to do some good old fashion yoga. There are plenty of great channels on Youtube (including MadFit which is a personal favorite) that have great beginner-friendly yoga videos. I've listed below some great youtube channels to get some yoga or some physical fitness in!
