Emely Avila

This is Emely Avila, who is the Events Coordinator for Alpha Epsilon Delta at the University of
Houston for the 2023-2024 term. She is currently a senior majoring in Health and minoring in
Biology. Emely loves building extravagant, overpriced Legos or relieving her stress at the gym or
playing volleyball.
Ecstatic to contribute as an officer, Emely is driven by her passion to help those in need, lead
those that feel lost, and make AED like someone's second family. Emely believes AED provides
a community to grow in, to make connections, and more importantly find individuals that can be
your lifelong friends. She can’t wait to meet you all and welcome you with open arms!
