Elizabeth Nguyen

Elizabeth is happy to serve as the 2026-2027 Alpha Epsilon delta Public Relations Coordinator. Elizabeth is a sophomore majoring in Biology B.S with minors in Nutrition and Medicine and Society. Outside of AED and academics, you can find Elizabeth thrifting, exploring Houston’s diverse food scene, or trying a new recipe! What drew Elizabeth to AED was its supportive and welcoming environment. Through AED, Elizabeth believes she was able to find her community within UH. Her main goal as an officer this year is to be a reflection of members’ voices and to connect members to opportunities that will help them thrive on their journey.

As Public Relations Coordinator, Elizabeth manages AED’s social media, shares job, research, and volunteer opportunities with members through the AED’s newsletters, and helps cultivate a positive public image for the chapter.
