EVENTS
Sign Up is required for all events except Blood Drives, Bake Sales*, Workshops, and General Meetings.
Sign up by clicking on the event under the upcoming events which is to the right on the desktop view and below on mobile.
Events in red are open to sign up.
Event sign ups close 72 hours prior to the event.
A Google Forms response email does not confirm you for the event; you must also receive a confirmation email from an AED officer 48 hours before the event.
*A minimum of 1 hour is required to receive points for volunteering at bake sales
To be an active member:
- Attend at least 3/6 chapter meetings
- Attend at least 2 medical events
- Participate in 1 recruiting and or fundraising events
- Attend at least 1 social event
- Attend or participate in at least 8 events
- Acquire at least 15 active total points
To be a distinguished member
- Attend at least 4/6 chapter meetings
- Attend at least 3 medical events
- Participate in 1 recruiting and or fundraising events
- Attend at least 2 socials
- Attend or participate in at least 11 events
- Acquire at least 30 active total points
To be an outstanding member
- Attend at least 5/6 chapter meetings
- Attend at least 3 medical events
- Participate in 2 recruiting and or fundraising events
- Attend at least 3 socials
- Attend or participate in at least 14 events
- Acquire at least 45 active total points
Strikes will be given if...

You cancel an event later than the 24-hour deadline

You leave a limited spot event early without notifying an officer beforehand

You show up to a limited spot event that you have not been confirmed for

You sign up for carpool but do not show up without notifying beforehand

You show up for carpool to an event that you did not sign up for and didn't notify an officer beforehand

You signed up to donate items but do not donate them

You show up late to a limited spot event
