Itzamar Morales Mateo

Itzamar Morales Mateo is your 2025-2026 Alpha Epsilon Delta Treasurer. She is a Junior majoring in Biology with a minor in Medicine and Society. Within AED, she hopes to foster an environment where everyone feels heard and supported. In her spare time, you can find her exploring Houston coffee shops, playing pickleball, or catching up on her favorite shows. This year, she is excited to see all the new faces in AED and help in providing them with all the opportunities it has to offer!

As Treasurer, Itzamar is in charge of managing the organization finances. She works closely with the Fundraising Coordinator, Sponsorship Coordinator, and the Historian- in preparation for AED’s end-of-year banquet.

As Treasurer, I am responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of Alpha Epsilon Delta, which include managing expenses and budgeting to ensure all costs are accounted for prior to the start of the year. Aside from this, I also perform my duties as an Executive Officer to ensure the overall wellbeing of the organization.
